Dalero Berkeley is an accomplished engineer and innovator with a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. With a career spanning advanced materials, precision engineering, and large-scale technology systems, Dalero previously led a global team of 400 engineers at General Electric Power Systems. Holding six patents, he specializes in developing next-generation hardware and automation solutions. At Shipshape AgWorks, Dalero drives the technological evolution of modular farming, overseeing the integration of AI, energy efficiency, and precision agriculture into scalable, high-performance systems.
